At Hamirpur Resort, Kumaoni food is prepared the authentic way—slow-cooked,
thoughtfully spiced, and deeply comforting. From the earthy aroma of mandua
(finger millet) rotis to the delicate flavors of bhatt ki churkani, aaloo ke
gutke, and chainsoo, each dish reflects the close bond between the people of
Kumaon and their land.
Rajma from Munsiyari: Grown by a small family who traditionally harvests just for themselves, they have exclusively partnered with Hamirpur to share their produce on a fair commission.
